Got to say a good word about these folks - caught them late Friday on the way out the door for the weekend. Not only did Robin confirm the part I needed was in stock, she went and got it, then carried it to the Post Office on the way home and sent it Priority Mail so that it would be at the Dealership Monday morning in time to install in my just-arrived new truck! You just can't get more personal, better service than that!

I've been EXTREMELY happy with the level of (personal) customer service I have experienced from Geno's Garage over the last two years! #ad
If every company treated their customers the way Geno's Garage treats theirs, complaints about vendors would cease to exist!

I remember when I had a problem upon installation of my Painless Wiring (waterproof) "Cirkit Boss" I had purchased from Geno's Garage, Hella had changed the design of the relay that PW was using without warning to them. This design change subsequently created a short. After explaining this to both Robin and John, Robin immediately sent me a replacement unit (NEXT DAY AIR), without waiting for me to ship them the defective one! How many of you have experienced that level of customer service from other vendors? Personally, I have only experienced this with BD and Dillon Precision (makers of precision reloading equipment). Who do you think will see my business in the future? Well, it sure as Hell won't be Rancho, Leer, Ramsey (winches), or any other company that has seemingly high quality products that provide deplorable customer service!

As for price, I've always found Geno's Garage to be very competitive. Heck, they even have some of the Fleetguard products priced less than I can purchase them at Cummins NW using my Power Booster membership card!

You guys are so right about the level of service from Genos. I give them 1st consideration on all my accessory purchases, then the advertisers and supporters of the TDR.

I just got my cap and T shirt. Geno's sent me three free stickers.
One was Fear This on a Ram head.
The other two were a frd & chev emblem with a tire track over them. I geuss you put these on when you waste a frd or chev.
 
Ditto on Geno's. I ordered chino seat covers (which are really nice); received the fronts, rear quadcab are on backorder. Then... a call from Robin; the rear covers are now available, but in a slightly different color and fabric. Because of a potential matching problem, Robin sent me a whole new set of seat covers, front and back, my choice to keep the original front ones or return them (at their expense) and keep the new, matching front covers. I wound up keeping the original covers and returning the extra front set because I like the fabric better... but I was very impressed with this level of service. I wasn't charged for the extra set of covers, either. Not every business would do this!

I had some questions about the fit of the wheel lip mouldings, she walked out to their truck with the cordless phone and we discussed it while she looked.
It seems like I am constantly amazed that businesses don't go out of their wayfor the customer. Most places do the bare minimum (at best). It is refreshing to find people that will HELP.
They have earned me as a customer, they will get first chance at my business.

Me Too!

When I installed my probe for the pyro I drilled and tapped according to the instructions. (7/16 and 1/4 npt)When I opened the box to install the probe I found to my dismay it was a 1/8 npt fitting. I called Geno's and no problem 1/4 sent out right away. I should have checked before I drilled but I'm glad they have great customer service.
 
I'm happy to hear Geno's Garage is treating everyone else with the same high level of customer service I have received. #ad
And here I thought it was because I was something special. #ad
