I got their 4-2-1 filter set and the first oil filter was a reject... would not thread past 1/2 turn. I called Geno's, talked to a gal named Robin, and two days later a filter was in my mailbox! GREAT PEOPLE to deal with!
No send it back stuff or anything... their cupholder, "smoothie", is nice.

Bought the Sweet tooth grille that they have and he had one with him but no hardware and the chrome at one spot wasn't perfect but good... So bought it for $50 instead of the normal $100
Bought #12 x 1" sheet metal screws and washers and it was on.

Thought I cancelled my first order from Geno's for a heavy duty oil plug and a couple of filters. The next day, I ordered the same thing.
Unfortunatly, I got the two orders shipped to the house.
Anyone want to buy my extra drain plug?

<font color=blue>I haven't recieved my order yet, but I ordered a "few" thing from Geno's this past week. They were extremely prompt in answering my email inquires, at my request (and exspense) shipped the stuff 2nd day air, and then provided me with a tracking number. It should be delivered on Tuesday (according to the UPS website).

So my experience with them upto this point and time has been excellant. Granted some of the items I bought was not the "cheapest price" around but the level of service more then makes up for it in my opinion.

Recieved order! (delayed update)

Well I recieved my order from Geno's Garage.



It was packaged very well, considering the "shape" the box arrived. Some of the packages I get from UPS literally makes me think of the opening scenes of Ace Ventura. Everything was packed securely and looks in great shape. One little thing I got a kick out of was it was shipped in a CAT (Caterpillar) box! I thought that was a nice touch... ... prolly sounds silly but hey it made me chuckle to myself. Could have been a coincedence tho ... who knows?



So just thougt I would give credit where credit is due, quick reply on all my emails, and sending the product as I requested. Even provided a tracking number.



So anything I need that they "sell" I will buy from them, regardless if its cheaper elsewhere. And actually the Double Deep transmission pan was cheaper somewhere else... ... but I ordered it from Geno's.

Ordered a few things at May Madness myself. On the way home, I decided I'd rather mount the transmission temp gauge on the pillar instead of on the dash. Called while on the road and had the pillar mount added to my May Madness order, no problem

I wonder If they have sold any of those stupid, "Tailgators". It appears to be a blender to make mixed drinks with during a tailgate party.

I called in my first order last Monday and received it in the mail on Saturday. I ordered a few items including the cup holder, but didn't get any instructions or Velcro tape included in the shipment. Called today to ask for instructions and if it should come with tape. The person at Geno's apologized for the omissions and promised to mail both today.

What is your impression of the Sweet Tooth Grill? I have to replace my grill shroud due to a winter collision with a chrome deer in the grocery store parking lot. Dodge is too proud of their parts for me to get a factory replacement.

Hey John, too bad your Ram wasn't black, I have a '98 (black) Sport grille from my Ram (excellent condition) lying around. The reason it's surplus is because I shoehorned a '99+ Sport grille in its place. (<< Piers style SEG)



Also, did you ever locate a pair of the OE '98+ black plastic (power/heated) mickey mouse ear mirrors? If a friend of mine passes on the offer I may have set for sale.

Yep, I found a set of <em>heated</em> mirrors. Got a number of replies off the post and I struck a deal with Silver Ratler. He changed from the Mickey ears to the Dumbo (flip ups) ears.



I wish I could have made the trip to DTT with you or other Bombers before departing the great Pacific NW. Wifey gave me the green light for &quot; preventative maintenance &quot;



I was scanning the Geno's catalog again. Wifey approved of the cup holder and I thought the Sweet Tooth Grill was something to set me apart from the other <Font color=red>RED</font> RAMS on the road.

Just floating this to the top..... after a few more encounters Geno's Garage is defiantly a quality operation. Don't hesitate to order from them even if their prices are not the "cheapest" you can find. Everytime I email them about something usually (long as its not a weekend) a reply is sent within 24 hours.

Actually thier prices are very fair, shipping is quite reasonable but again, the customer service is way above anything out there.
