Can't say i even had a problem with Geno's Garage, If i recall they do offer faster shipping options but you have to ask for it. I guess everyone slips up from time to time.
 
Its not the shipping time, if they would have just processed it and shipped it when they said they would that would have been fine. The thing that really makes me mad is that he did not even care he caused a problem. Now I have an appointment to have the work done tomorrow and no parts, plus I did not take a load today to do this and thats costing me money too!!
 
I have ordered many parts from Geno's and never has a problem with shipping or how my order was handled. Granted I have never been in a rush to get parts. Most of what Geno's sells are DIY jobs.
 
I've placed several orders with Genos. Fortunately, I've never had to ask them to rush an order, but they do typically take a day or two before they ship the items. This hasn't been a problem for me, but as I mentioned, I haven't been in the need for a rush order.

Karl, I am so sorry you had a problem with Geno's Garage. The staff is the first to admit, mistakes are made.



Your order looks like it will be delivered on September 28. I know that will not help you since you probably have work scheduled in the a. m.



They will be refunding your freight charges this evening. If you want to return the item, PM me, and I will ask that a UPS Call Tag (prepaid, of course) be sent to you.



Again, sincere apologies for a regretfully bad circumstance.

Any time I need to have something done to my truck I ALWAYS make sure that my needed parts are in hand prior to scheduling any appointment. I have had absolutely zero problems with Geno's and would recommend them to anyone.

Thank you for the concern. I have had a chance to let my blood pressure return to normal, and there will be no need for any return as I do want and need the items.



As to the others I normally keep a bunch of stuff on hand so I have all Maint items here when I need them. I had ordered a muffler delete pipe and was just feeling lazy so I was going to have my local mechanic put it in, heck for $30 is it really worth climbing under the truck for that? As of late it seems that the customer service in not a priority in our country and the I just did not feel that when I called the gentleman cared about my issue. It was toward the end of a long day for me and maybe a rough one for him too, everyone has a bad day and maybe between him and I it was just a combined issue.
