I know that there have been many notices of fine service from Geno's by members of this forum, and now it's time for yet another.
I included a 10 pack of the new product "Access-a-Fuse" in a recent medium sized order from Geno's. At the time they had not been able to put up a picture but the product sounded useful to me. When they arrived I discovered that they do not fit any fuse slot in my '01. I haven't checked to see if they'll work anywhere in our '97 truck. I sent a notice of the fact to Geno's, asking for nothing. It wasn't worth the time and postage to me to return them for credit, but I wanted Geno's to know so that they could take steps to see that what had happened to me didn't happen to someone else.
Just a few minutes ago I received emails of apology from both Andy and Robin which arrived only moments behind a notification of a full credit for the amount of the purchase. I had not demanded to be made right, nor did I expect any sort of apology but that didn't deter both of these fine people from doing both of their own accord.
We all know what a rare thing such customer service has gotten to be. I just want to let you know that even though rare great treatment can still be found in Geno's .
