Robin is terrific... .

I had a "discontinued" gauge problem, and Robin talked with the manufacturer, had them search their inventory, searched Geno's inventory, and even determined I could have one "custom" made if I ordered 50 :)

Then, she called me back and broke the news gently and offered alternative choices..... all to make me happy. All this for a ~$50 sale.

This defines customer service... .

Robin is tops

She really helped me get started on the site after some confusion with my registration. She went the extra mile on that and an order for a gauge pod that was thought to be lost in shipping to Hawaii. It's people like her that give the rest of us poor bast@$ds hope. Robin, if you and yours ever make it out to Hawaii, give me a call, me casa es su casa. Thanks:D

I have ordered a few times from Geno's and only got Robin once, and she was very nice and helpful, as are the others that work there. :) :)

Get this one

Robin E-mailed me the other day: Mr. Fulmer you order has not been processed due to an error in your card..... crap the balance is $70. 00... So I called and talked to wendy, it seems that when I made my order I missed the experation date by one month..... no go won't process..... Wow I never knew they took that good of a look at it... ... . BOTW, everyone needs one of these bad to the bone oil drain plugs, I have a spare and it's tig welded together... . think about it! Yep it broke while tightening it, just a thought.

Bought a Turbo Lifesaver from Geno's. Anyway when I lowered the steering will to get it out of the way to pull off the instrument cluster bazel. I guess I had the wire to the push botton to tight. It pulled the button apart. Robin gave me the telephone number for the people that make the Lifesaver and they sent me a new one FREE of charge. WOW who ever heard of that. Kudo's to Robin for a quick response and help!!! Oo.

Robin took care of me today too!

At my last oil change I removed my quick-drain plug to let the last little bit of oil drain. When I reinstalled it and added 10 quarts of spendy Mobil Devlac 1 I was quite alarmed to see the plug leaking considerably.

A call to Geno's and Robin is taking care of things. If a new set of O-rings cannot be sent she'll get a new replacement headed up here to Washington right away :)

Somehow my oil and fuel filters ($150 worth) and banjo fitting kit never got shipped. I e-mailed them a week or so ago and did'nt get a reply. I've been so busy I have'nt called to see what's going on. Well today I got 3 e-mails from Wendy appologizing and correcting the mistake. She took full credit for taking so long to look into my inquiry. Cool. :) Not many people do that these days. She's getting a phone call tomorrow.

Wendy is tops on my list. :D
