Genos Turbo Timer on 04.5 question

I bought one of the turbo shutdown timers made by EB engine brake for my 2004. 5 truck and am having trouble with the install.



I have called EB on the phone a few times and they are always helpful and together we traced all the wires a few times and all seemed ok but it sill did not work.



So I returned it to them where they checked everything out and now its back saying it works fine.



So I am hoping someone has a common tip for me to help me check out everything. Basically it still cuts off with the switch as if the temp reading is always below the desired temp even though my pyro shows that its now below desired temp.



I adjusted the pot both ways and it still shuts down. Anyone else with this exact unit care to offer some tips?
