On the G. M. thing, I think they are just running scared as well as off at the mouth... phuck um!

As far as bikes are concerned, I have heard from different sources that H. D. shipped tooling to Japan after we lit them up. We always feel so sorry for the losers! So, if this is true what if H. D. didn't send the goods over... walk mo fo!

EXPAT, Excellent points! I think your right that the dmax is not a commercial product. Most of the engines i saw overseas were in-lines,4s nad 6s.

Hey Dave,
How many tubes of Super Glue does it take to stay on the seat??? #ad

RattlinRam, Probably wouldn't take any super glue for me at all. The pucker factor would make me bite a hole in the seat.

I haven't received the change to GM promo, but I will use it to start my next camp fire if I get it #ad
As for the Harley v. Honda thing, I will only say that the Harley reminds me of my Dodge: Gets down the road good and the growl of the motor is music to the ears. Like those deep-throated rumbles. Nothing against you Honda guys. Different strokes for different folks.

Cummins Power, don't leave home without it

This message entails a little health tip...

If you ever get Hemorrhoids, go to the doctor and get them cutt off right away. If left unattended, they have been known to develop into Harley Davidsons. Shortly there after, facial hair grows down to your knees, dimentia sets in...

Just an observation that I've made of some of the locals...

On a more serious note:

Isuzu has done all of GM's recent diesel developemnt - according to SAE's Automotive Engineering International, this includes the 6. 2L and 6. 5L diesels. Isuzu has been around and building excellent commercial diesels for quite some time - look what's running most small (12KW range) diesel gen sets or refer units on the big rigs - Isuzu diesels are very common. It's difficult to say who is better cummins or Isuzu.

One thing is for sure, certain engine setups just work real good, the Cummins 6BTA series of engines is just such a bird (Ford's gas 300 inline 6 is another one of these engines). They were very well matched to the needs (power and otherwise) of the dodge truck line and by luck a winner was produced.

Don't bash it 'till you've tried it. I used to be a "Stroker" & now look what's in my driveway. As far as H-D & Buell's go same deal. Never ridden one? Got your M/C Endorsement? Stop by the H-D Dealer next time you are through Spokane,WA & Take one of our demo bikes out for a spin. Yep, that's right a free no strings ride! Careful, you might just like it!, & that's where I come in 'cause I sell em.
