Have you been here? http://www.hanfordmills.org/ Not for dyno runs, but could be a nice central meeting place. The engine jamboree in sept is real nice. I'd come up with lots of advance notice- doable for a day trip...

Probably just hang out and BS, I think there will be some wrenching going on. I need to check to see what the food situation is going to be, working on that now.

I wouldn't really expect you to drive from Vegas to NY just to hang out for the afternoon. On the other hand, I drive 2 days to Iowa to hang out for a saturday so who am I to judge? :-laf

Wayne, sometimes we have meet and eats in Utica. Most of the regulars are located from Cortland to Syracuse and Rochester to Albany in the central part of the state, so Utica gets good turnouts. This summer has been hard, we tried several times to set something up and it never seemed to work out. Maybe next year will be better. That Hanford looks like a nice place to visit too, thanks for the link.

it turned out well! about 15 guys showed, but only 2 Cummins

Yes it was a good time, but the off brand trucks outnumbered us quite badly! There were 2 TDIs there, and the Fords all happened to be in the shop that day. Big Surprise! :-laf

Disappointing that more Dodge Turbo Diesel trucks didn't show up, but it wouldn't be the first time we've heard of a hosting club/group having the lowest turnout of their marque. Wonder where the Dodge trucks were hiding... hmmmm.
