Getrag vs ?

Hi guys, long time lurker. My 92 D-350 is used as a hotshot hauler. Loaded @ 36,000 lbs on a weekly basis. My Getgag will not hold front seals anymore. Any one here switch to another 5-speed like the Nv? Or would I be better off staying with another Getrag? Thanks in advance. Mike

Assuming your pickup is a 2wd, I have a friend with a '90 or '91 who hotshots part time. He dropped in a Fuller 10spd roadranger. Said it wasn't too bad a job. Required a bellhousing adapter, air compressor, and 2" body lift, and the usual driveline mods etc.

well they are on national back order. My dealed located a reman unit in Montgomery, Al I drove the 700 mile round trip yesterday. Pricy little jewel @ $ 3,200. 00 + 400. 00 core charge. But i have one. just needs to be put in. Any one want a job ? Thanks for the advice ! regards, Mike
