Hope they get it squared away. Out of curiosity, what is the high boost problem? I can barely hit 25 lbs with mine, even on extreme. (Not that I've had much of a chance to play with it, yet). As far as the power level control on the monitor goes, (I didn't get the monitor), is it possible that's caused by the pup not working properly on our trucks to begin with?

The Monitor has a feature called high boost or... high bst

It's supposed to hold the last highest reading. Doesn't work.

Pup not working properly? you bet. No extreme here.
