I made one with a pluming cap and watched the volts rise with the air pressure. Started at 1. 33 volts and went up. That is what I got at the MAP and at the ECM. There wasn't any voltage drop from one to the other and about . 1 ohms of resistance.

I did get a call from the dealer last night asking if I was interested in selling it. I guess they have a lot of people calling for 06-07 Cummins trucks.

Were you able to watch the boost on the analog gauge vs the CS while pressure testing?

I get letters every few months for various dealerships asking me to trade my 05 in, any 3rd gen with a 5. 9 still has crazy high resale.

No I didn't think of that. That is a good idea. But while driving I can say that the Edge is lower than the mechanical gauge until about 10psi or so.

Is there a chart to cross volts to pressure? I. E. 1. 33 = 0 , 1. 45 = 5PSI or something like that.

If the edge is lower that tells me that something isn't being seen by the ECM. My OBDII Boost is always higher than my mechanical gauge.

The upper limit is 354. 7.

The total range of reading is 5. 8 psi to 51. 4 over 4v, or 11. 4 psi per volt.
