Glacier Diesel Fuel System Install Question

Hi, just wondering if anyone who has installed this has any tips. I started but decided to wait to install. I actually had trouble with and never did get the fuel line feed connector off. I tried squeezing the tabs and pulling it off but it wouldn't come off. It doesn't help that the tabs are sideways and of course the return line is very close.

Wrap the tabs with a small zip tie. You can put it on backwards, so it doesn't have to be cut off. Just tighten and pull fuel line off... .

The kit for the 2nd Gen cuts the stainless fuel line under the truck, The 3rd gen must be different. Call Richard @ GDP, he is availble at the oddest hours Moose00

You do cut the fuel line. I just want to do it to keep fuel from siphoning out.

I used a blow nozzle to blow the fuel back thru the line into the tank. Just use a very small amount of pressure. Oh yeh, and take the fuel cap off the tank while blowing the fuel back. Otherwise the tank can become pressurized and blow the fuel back thru the line.
