VERY NEAT website

Need help hauling 2 mower decks

Hot young women posting pictures of themselves like that, along with daily journal entries of their comings and goings, frequent hangouts, likes and dislikes... the stalkers have never had it so good. Hot Conservative Gun Chick may need that Kimber.

Speaking of HCGC and her Kimber, I need to start being a lot more careful about how I ogle young women at the mall and such. Sure would be uncomfortable to have one of 'em magically produce a Kimber . 45 from under that skin-tight mini-skirt and draw down on me.

Hmmm... now that I think about it though it doesn't sound half bad :D :D :D :D

I wouldnt mind being called a pig or something(as I have in the past), but I'd be a little PO'ed if she drew on me for looking.

Dont go out dressed like that if you dont want to be "noticed".

On the other hand... my wife would probably enjoy me getting my attitude adjusted by a pretty young thang with a pistol. :-laf

PS I dont think it's a good idea to give too much info out on the net.

I have a Glock 23 (. 40 S&W). It's a great firearm, but I noticed that mine does not like Smith and Wesson ammo.

My next purchase will be the Sigarms Sig Pro. My buddy has one, and I like it much better than my Glock.

All I've ever owned Glock-wise is my 23 (. 40 S&W Compact). I've had it 8 years and consider it the best firearm in general I've ever purchased. Just a good, tough, dependable, sidearm.

My shooting buddy bought a SIG 9mm about 5 years ago and the upper receiver exploded in our faces at the range. He was rapid firing when all of a sudden it made a "plink" noise and parts went flying. He got hit by some pieces that damaged his safety glasses. Lucky! I like them too but cant buy one now because of that. SIG gave him a new one free including k-kote silver finish and compensated barrel.

I was surprised to hear about that SIG failure too. That's the first time I've ever heard about a SIG failing. When the Glock . 40's first came out I was going to the range and the gun store on a regular basis (almost daily). In a 2 week period I personally witnessed 3 Glock . 40's blow the slides off the back of the gun right into the shooters face - all of em cops. One of those times the guy was shooting right next to me - sure woke me up! As I understand it there was a manufacturing problem that they had with the first units that were then recalled and I haven't heard of any problems since. However, like you, having witnessed one blowing up I couldn't bring myself to rely on one because that would always be in the back of my mind so I can certainly understand your position. My P228 is my "go to" gun, the one I sleep next to and the one that leaves the house on me when I feel the need.

Lemmie catch up to Chris to find out what problems he was having. I remember him complaining about it.
