GLTDR Event - Macomb Community College - March 23, 2002

I will most likely drive there Sat. early morning, get ther around 9am. I don't think the camper will be done yet(had a water leak ), and it will be at the shop getting repairs done. It will cool to finely meet everyone Is anyone else planning to travel at the same time from west MI?

If I can get away from work, I'd like to be counted in! I would be driving in from Byron Center and could possibly bring my 5er. I've also been talking to the guys at Cummins of GR. Wayne has talked about getting some of together at their shop on a Saturday afternoon to do some dyno work (playing). Let me know if that sounds good. Oo.

Hmmm... anyone going to be there that has ever put cab clearance lights on? I just can't seem to find the guts to do this myself

Yep, I put them on my truck. Not a hard job at all - but drilling that first hole in your roof sure takes guts!

George--that sounds good to me. I'm thinking that straight up 75 might be the fastest way. I'll PM you the first part of March to get a plan together. Anyone else from Ohio want to make the trip?

If thier is not fifty people yet i would like to join in on the festivities. Id like to meet and talk to some of you guys. I think i will be the young one of the group. My dad may also tag along so thats going to be two of us. Let me know if it is still open. I am making the trip from ohio. I am from Ravenna. Which is close to Kent. Maybe i could meet you guys half way or something. Maybe I could get some help tweeking my afc.

On another note, someone posted earlier about bringing beer, sorry, but this is a NO NO. Alcohol is not permitted any place on Campus.



With all the interest being shown by TDR/GLTDR members and the College Automotive Staff, this could, hopefully, turn into an annual "Bombing Session".

Would it be at all benificial for me to try and get the KDP jig and bring it to the event? If so i'll try and track it down so we could kill a couple at once. How many peopl need to get theirs fixed?
