GLTDR Web Site Makeover

The new GLTDR web presence is online and ready for you viewing pleasure. To access the site, go to gltdr.org, without the www in front. I'm checking with our host to find out how to get the www added back on, but for now we will just have to use a few less keystrokes My fingers are getting tired anyway, so the less stroking I have to do, the better.
