Was having a shifting problem with my 02 and sent an e-mail to Dave Goerend and had a message from my server that it failed so I called after hours and left a message. Well Dave e-mailed me and called by 9am and sent a new solenoid no questions asked. No where in my e-mail did I mention that it should be warrantied and told him I was just looking for advice when I talked to him. I'm the owner of a small construction business that deals everyday with my home owners on a personal level and it's good to see other honest people out there that treat their customers right.
