Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Goerend Transmission!

Just got back from Dave's shop in Iowa... What a trip. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dave and his crew were great. Pulled the truck in at 8:30, pulled the truck out at 3:00 and was on the road by 3:30. Great customer service, great product, and stands behind the product.

just got my trans done with his converter and valvebody. What a difference it is to put some power to the ground Oo.

Dave is the best transmission man I know of

One reason is the way he takes time with each customers. He makes sure that you are happy. He took very good care of me. I found out about him on this forum. It a long way out there but it worth it.

I've got a question...



Had my transmission built, stuff in sig. Now the truck shifts at 2500 RPM WOT, unless I shift manually of course. Shop told me it was the converter. Anybody else having this problem? My first thought was that it was the tv cable, but I haven't had a chance to mess with it yet. - Buck

My shop told me he could move the shift points around with the cable. I wasn't sure you could do that with the RE but he assured me that he could. I do know you can do that on the RH, everything but overdrive. The converter has nothing to do with the shift points I don't believe.

What RPM does your truck shift at WOT?
