Guns, Bows, Shooting Sports, and Hunting Spider Bull

Now have 2 Beretta's, 92 Compact L and 92FS. Looking for the best place to get ammo for shooting at the range, and just plinking. Already decided what will be in the weapons for carry, just want to get 500 or so rounds to get back up to speed with these. I like my Glock . 40, but I shoot tighter groups with the Beretta. So, being old and lazy, I don't want to get logged in on another forum, if you can tell me what you have been running, I would appreciate it.

Thanks

JGSales.com will ship to your home. Since the election the price of everything gun related has sky rocketed. Good luck.

I'm still running some Federal 9BPLE stuff. Hot as hell though. :D

I also like the Golden sabers from CCI.

Nothing is cheap now... ...

Second the nomination of Federal 9BP, excellent load for defense use. The ubiquitous 115 gr. Winchester white box or American Eagle have always been my favorite 9mm practice loads, because the brass is very high quality and stands up well to lots of reloading.

I used to shoot falling plate with a S&W 5906 and did a lot of reloading. I ran more than 14,000 rounds through it before our range closed down, and probably 500 or more since then - all using brass from the above, with loadings of W-231 designed to duplicate their performance. Zero failures / malfunctions to date. Interestingly enough, the pistol still looks and functions like brand new, with minimal wear to the slide rails.

When I carry the 9mm, it is loaded with Federal 9BP.
