I tried Cummins here in OKC, even though they wanted $178, I felt that they would do a wonderful job, producing my HP and Torque.
I had no idea just how the test would be done. Once there, I toured their test equipment, which seemed old, and not well maintained. The test was rather disapointing, and after some dispute discussions, I had to pay half the charge to get my keys back.
The test was printed out somewhat, but the operator used MY gauges, as he was unable to hook up his to my truck.
Basically, I was on the wrong type dyno. They DO NOT use it to performance test toy trucks, they use it to trouble shoot trucks that need service; the only way to put a load on the truck and find out what's leaking etc is on their dyno.
I have since had a test on a dynojet, in St Louis, and was very pleased with the test and the results in HP and Torque.
Best wishes with your new truck!
