Going in for recirc. door fix....but

... have there been many failures on the 06 blend doors? This is my second broken recirc. door; and they now have a new entire housing to replace the old one. What are the failure rates of the blend doors (in the center of the dash) on the 06's? I'd hate for them to pull the entire dash for this fix, and then have to come back later for a failed blend door. Is this an issue on the 06's, or did they get this one fixed before the recirc doors started failing? If this is in fact a known problem, will warranty go ahead and replace both door housings while they are in there? Just gives me the heebie jeebies thinking about how many rattles from missing screws and mis-alignments I'll have after this visit.

I just got this done on my 06.

All the doors have been redesigned on the new housing.

Are you saying that they replaced the entire housing(s) that holds both the recirc. and blend doors. I thought they were two seperate units. Would be nice if it is an "all-in-one" fix. Have you had any fit/finish issues after having the dash pulled?
