Going on a Road Trip!, What should I see in CO and UT??

I don't know if you still check this thread REDUARAM so I will reply anyway. If you take I-15 north from down south (ie: Lake Powell area) just south of Salt Lake City (about 30 to 40 minutes) is a road called the Alpine Loop. I think you take the Alpine exit (sorry don't know the number). It should be one of the last exits before you come over the point of the mountain and in to S. L. C. . Just head East towards the mts. and stay on the road you exited on. It turns in to a beautiful canyon drive. And if you have any quads with you be prepared. Some of the quad trails take you to some the peaks in the area and it is some of the most breathtaking scenery I have ever seen. If I come up with the exit number I will post.
