Well I hate to admit it, but I gave in and have bought one of the overvalved Cummins. Just couldn't resist the deal on a new truck so I had to jump. Gotta say, I love it!

Anyway, thanks for all the 12V advice. It looked for a while like I might venture back to gasser (ick!) country. But looks like I'll be a TDR member for a few years to come now.

Sheeew, for a minute there, I thought you were gonna say you ordered a D-max. As for me, I'm going the other way, seriously looking at adding a 93 first gen. ext. cab to the Ram herd #ad
 
Actually, I'm the one who's gone to the dark side. But, I'm too embarrassed to tell you what I did!

Got both 12 and 24. Two different truck to do two different jobs. Wouldn't have it any other way. 24 remains stock and will till extended warranty (100,000) runs out. I don't want to be my own warranty station as my 96 12 valver had over $5000 and 22 extended warranty visits in 100,000 miles.
