This is one of those things that won't be just given to you..... Just like Organized Crime... . you have to do something to prove your loyalty. ;)

DF,

Tell me what to do. I have limited computer skills compaired to you, and others, but I have ALWAYS been willing to help. I have help the "group" in ways without pressing "reply to all".

Well I am always interested and I know how to spend $$ so shoot me an email -- email address removed -- and tell me the secrets.

Ok I'll bite:D

lets just say that we all become members of WinMX

and we Allow information to be shared between us, for educational purposes only. Then what? To experiment even for educational purposes you still need expensive hardware for testing.

Ok for information purposes only. I asked a local cummins tech to give me the rv uprate. EDIT Edit blah blah blah. For a fee anything is possible.

I can buy the insite over the counter with a year membership for 1500. It is half the cost of the Edit guy with the edit. So if we all throw in some cash. No probs. the damn thing is I am a computer idiot otherwise I would own my own insite right now. You need a laptop and a device that goes between the laptop and the ecm plug. Tst might be able to add a little more ( for information purpose only) but I doubt they would. I had a few people interested in splitting cost. The end of the story is that you can do it yourself and be the only one liable for any problems i. e. driveline ,epa ,transmission and rear ends. The second one being the most important.

You like how I slipped that one it? lol

We all should have one in our garage. Or at least one out of a local chapter. Split the cost share the knowledge. But like I said its for information purposes only. It would be unlawful to operate said motor vehicle on the highway. The fine is equivalent to buying another dodge. So you see why no one wants to touch it.

what does all this mean

some info I found says

1 the isb 300 uses an injector pn3944183

2 cpl#2981

3 uses piston kits pn3948465-a,3948466-b,394867-c

4 there is a 2 piece exhaust manifold that is required over 250hp

5isb300 requires a new wireing harness pn3937164 and a

new ambient air pressure sensor pn3085140

6 ecm cal for 8g NOx j90251

7 ecm cal for 6g NOx j90379

8 says its restricted to rv and school buss apps

any way this is info I found its on an excel spread sheet I wonder if I could post a pic of it ??

just food for thought this sheet gives all of the specs for the ecm cal 175hp-300hp IF some one could get all of the "flashes"some one could compare and decipher the differences and rewrite a new "flash" BUT

It sounds like to much work to me?I mean really who would want to go to all that trouble???

O YEA it looks like this info is not dodge ISB specific as the ecm part #'s are all the same (im thinking 100pin)(not the 50 pin we have)which brings up more work Change the 50pin ecm out for a 100pin mix and match parts of the flash and recieve all the bennifets of the 100pin ecm and still talk to the pcm

CRAP

more work some ones not gonna wanna do

:(

My clutch is about gone anyway so let me know what I might do to help, may need a better clutch before ordering. PM or email.
