2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission good/bad idea for Tie Rod end replacement?

I'm replacing tie rod ends on my '95... . is it OK to put anti-seize on the studs to make 'em easier to pull apart next time?

I've never had a problem with em sticking usually a few wacks on the flat spot where the tie rod goes in and they drop right out

It's fine, but don't get carried away. Make sure the surfaces are otherwise clean and use the antisieze sparingly.

Just had this discussion with 2 Chrysler ASE's and concensus was don't—but shouldn't be a major problem (see above posts) BUT if you're gonna coat the threads (like I did) paint away!!
