I ordered some parts recently from Rod at WildCat Diesel. First rate service. I needed a banjo bolt with proper tap within a few days so I could leave on a trip. He had it at my door within 3 days. (from Canada to Cali). The bolt was properly tapped and worked out great. But by some mistake I ended out with a second Banjo a couple days later. I let him know about this and he told me just to hold onto it for a spare. Wow most places would want there part back, or charge you for it. Wish we had more businesses that stand by there word, getting your order to the customer in a timely manner when promised. Well enough from me, Thanks again to Rod at WildCat Diesel. :cool: :D
 
Rod has always gone "above and waaaaay beyond" to make sure I'm satisfied with whatever products I'm ordering.

I would also like to say a little something about Rod. More than any other distributor of mine, Rod always takes the time to call me with questions. At first I think he felt like he was being an annoyance but I continuously encouraged him and gave him as much time as was needed. The thing that struck me was he was asking good and intelligent questions with a desire and need to know everything I could teach him. What I quickly saw was that if he was going to sell the product (what ever product it may be) he was going to know the product, be comfortable with the product and support the product with intelligence. Knowledge, THAT is what makes a successful business man and a great salesman. I feel comfortable now with knowing that when someone calls Rod for a clutch he will direct them in the proper fashion and give them the clutch (product) that suits them best and I am sure that his other vendors feel the same as I do.



My hat is off to you Rod and keep up the great work.

My story is much the same as mediccummin. I too needed a banjo bolt with the correct threading in a hurry. Rods only question was " How fast do you want it?" Rod not only had the banjo bolt on my doorstep 3 days later (could have been next day if that is what I had really needed) but he packaged my EZ in with it. Now my truck is fixed and has that additional pep I was looking for. Thanks alot Rod.

To put credit where its due though, Wildcat isn't a one-man show. I've got a great partner (even if he does like Penguins and bad slogans) who takes care of the R&D and picks up slack when needed.



I've also got some amazing suppliers who back me up (Right back at ya, Peter :D). These guys go way above and beyond to ensure that I have access to the absolute best products on the market, and superior service after the sale is made.



And last, but definitely right at the top of the list are the folks who have made Wildcat possible: Our customers. To a soul, We have the absolute best customer base that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We've shared some laughs, you've been patient when the phones are ringing off the hook, and you've made it a pleasure to come into the office everyday. For this, we, and myself especially, at Wildcat thank you.

Seriously though, all the accolades are well-deserved-the boy truly does go out of his way to make sure everybody's happy... . and that's something you don't see a whole lot of anymore isn't it?

Can't agree more. I ordered RV 275, Scotty II and banjo bolts. Fast service and very friendly to talk to. And I like their logo, sticker will be nice .

Yeah, Rod is good, but where's my Christmas card?:confused: ;)



I bought my gauges from Wildcat Diesel and made too many phone calls and asked too many questions, but they stuck right with me.



They're also very competitive. We have a great bunch of vendors guys. Keep buying the goodies!
