My parents and I found a 31 foot Coachman Royal 5th wheel for sale in the campground that we have a mobile home in. The thing is a 2001 and was purchased in vegas took one a two week trip and parked in the perminent section so the owners mother could use it when she comes and visits. Anyways, it has been used 2 or 3 times since for a few days and the mother has died. The 5th wheel is up for sale now. Its very clean and has a huge pop out. . It is fiberglass sides and has central air/heat, no generator but a large refrigerator and many other options on it. The owners are asking 16k for the thing... Good deal?
