I am working on getting my '96 back together from parts. In searching the forums I found the idea of changing the strainer. I was still getting good fuel to the injectors when I was trouble shooting, just figured that everything else is getting rebuilt why leave the fuel heater in, and change the strainer while at it.

This is what I found.

Can not see it in the picture very well, there is grass, sand, and a lot of plastic.

So I figured I would share and bring the strainer change back to the top of everyone's thoughts when maintaining the 12 valve.
