Called the dealer with my vin to see if my pump has been replaced with a updated VP44, the service man goes "nope don't see any warrenty claims on that, (pause), how many miles you got on that again (135k I say) nope you don't, got a new short block at 75k!" Must have been a 53 I said, he goes "what?" "Not likely, probably a fram filter, replaced 2 dozen because of those!" HA! I LOVE WEDNESDAYS!
