You may not need a motor. I had problems with an 84 Dodge D50 and later my 90 CTD wipers. Would not turn on. My son told me to take the wiper assembly off exposing the shaft that
comes out of the motor then let some light oil (3 in 1, gun oil or any light oil) run down the shaft. Go away for 20 minutes or so and then do it again. Try that for 3 or 4 times being patient.
Bingo! the wipers work great!!
Worked for me, hope it will work for you.
If you are convinced that it is a motor, try Checker Auro or Autozone.
