I'm looking for a good shop in the Auburn, WA area to have my flywheel turned and a new improved pilot bearing installed. Hopely quick turn around too. Any ideas??????????? Thanks in advance!!!!!!

Any truck machine shop can grind a flywheel. It should cost around $70 (depending on how much they take off). As long as they can produce a flat surface that is smooth it will work. Also, installing a pilot bering requires a socket about the same size and a hammer (or you could use a pilot bering tool). Just use a hammer and tap the bering in as far as you can, than use the socket and push it just below flush.

I could give you the name of a shop here whom I would recomend, but that wouldn't do any good for you.

Thanks Rich. Should have said I have this new improved larger diameter pilot bearing I got from Quad 4X4. Center needs to be bored for it to fit. Hopefully someone local will jump in here and give me a few places nearby.
