I'm a 2001 owner and I just learned of Congress changing section 179 (if you are a business owner look into it ASAP) I've never bought a new vehicle, and I'm pressed for time to buy a new vehicle before the end of the year.

What would be a good price to pay OTD for a new 2016 2500 Laramie crew cab 4x4 with a decent amount of options. MSRP is $65,225 in CA. The truck was built in Saltillo Mexico. Dodge is running discounts and rebates. What do the experts think a good OTD price would be for a truck marked down to approx 56k with discounts and rebates? It would be a cash business transaction. Thanks for your feedback.

Check here for reference prices. - http://www.kernersvillechryslerdodge.net/new-inventory/index.htm?make=Ram

The prices you see here are real and any current rebates/incentives are built into the numbers. Their internet business is huge and as a result they are one of the largest sellers of Rams in the US. Their business model is no frills and they refund your airline ticket up to $500. As a result they pick up numerous buyers every business day at the airport flying in to pick one up. Point is that these are good reference numbers.

Nobody in Ca can beat Huntingting Beach Dodge. Most of their Bighorn's, Laramie's and Longhorns are $11 to 13K off MSRP. Hunter Dodge out of Lancaster has their inventory discounters $8-9K off MSRP.

11-11.5K off is about it. They should be just as excited as you to make the deal before year end. Snoking

Just for a rough idea, my 2015 in Sept. MSRP'ed for $62,260 and I got it for $50,641. Comparable to what others have posted.

Thanks for the info guys, there's some good feedback above. I'm finding the more favorable color combos are approx 10K of MSRP in my area whereas the trucks with less popular color combos are more in the 11-12k off MSRP range. Thanks again.
