I have heard good things about the dealer in Richmond. They even seem to look the other way if they find a mod.

I'm not sure how close to Toledo (Sylvania) you are, but Gary Ostrander at Vin Devers Dodge is a good guy. He worked on my truck a few times when I lived close to there. I'd have no problems leaving either of mine in his hands again.
