What I've learned in the past 2 years as a TDR member

I need a new computor

Just thought I would post some pics of the hitnrun my truck experienced a while back. The situation was, I was backed into a parking spot in an apartment complex, when this witch (with a b) hops in her car, slams it into reverse and backs right into my truck. The only reason I found out about it, was one of the neighbors saw who did it and came and told me about it. Well, I didn't even recieve a scratch on my bumper from the impact, but if the bumper had been stock, it would have done some hefty damage to the front end. Anyway, here are the pics for you to enjoy. :D

ROFLMAO. Like a bug on a windshield!!:D

BTW, what side did she back into?

Glad to see there was no damage. I had a tractor trailer back into me. Didnt look too bad, but I had an estimate for $1000. 00. :D :D

Hello UTE bullbar!!!! :p

Eric

She hit me on the passenger side of the bumper. I have this bumper on due to a little incident with a newer mustang about 6 months after I bought the truck. The wreck was under 10mph and it did 3 grand worth of damage to my truck and 500 bucks to her mustang. For the same cost of replacing the stock bumper, I bought the bumper from hell instead.

Thats hillarious, I can't belive she didn't see that bumper! And then just drove away, what the heck was she thinking, 'er was she even thinkin', there's the question. :p

I need to get a huge bumper also, don't wana see what happens to my piece of plastic when some yaahoo wacks it. :eek: :{

I'd a loved to see the look on her face when she drilled that hunk-a-steel. It was prolly somthin' like ... :--) followed by some :{ :{ , and then when her better half saw the car, prolly some :-{} , I'm sure. :D

The bumper is made by King Klaw out of Southern Texas, and weighs in at 275lbs. I still remember the UPS man cursing me as he unloaded the bumper from his truck.....

My UPS man does this with boxes marked "ORM-D Small arms ammunition". :--)

When he sees my address, he knows it's workout time. :p

I have made bumpers -front and rear- for my trucks since the early '80's. A few years ago, I was stoped at a red light when I was rear ended by a sweet little grandmother type in a nice Town Car. Destroyed her grill, and really did a number-----on the rust on my trailer ball!--shined it right up!! Zero damage to my bumper otherwise. I really felt sorry for her, she kept saying, "my husband is going to kill me!" But, that did not make me wish I had sufferred similiar damage.

Morphious,

I see you have the stem-to-stem Skyjacker steering stabilizer. The Skyjacker Rep told me they only fit the 1500 series trucks?

Thee best defense is a good offense!:p

Mom center punched a Tercel, almost went over him. the bumper on her 4 Runner was REAL flat... so I will be making homegrown bumpers for all vehicles here.

Not out to hurt no one just don't want all that damage!

The skyjacker dual setup that I have probably is only designed for the half tons, would explain why I have dents in the driver side shock from the steering components.
