Good truck garage in TN or KY?

Does anyone know of a GOOD shop in middle TN or KY. I'm planning on getting some bigger injectors before long and may let someone do the install for me IF I can find a GOOD reliable mechanic for the job, but mainly I'm looking for someone to install a Southbend Clutch( since I will probrably smoke my factory clutch with the added power ) We all know how hard it is to find a mechanic that knows his way around our trucks so I would appreciate some recomendations.
