I'm not sure what I would do without FMcClaren, who's help has been invaluable. Check out the difference between an stock HY and a B1-2

I still have to install the pyro port in the down pipe. And I fell about 17" short of reaching the exhaust so I need to find a pipe and clamp tomorrow.

Next it's replace the rear brake pads and the triple pillar mount and gauges, pack, hook up, and leave for IRP Fri. morning!!

BTW, the balance beads seem to be working great!

I've got one on the green truck. 160 pump with 181 dv, 370's, #4, 3k, 16. 5 degrees, suncoast.

I've been towing a lot with it lately and notice that I have to watch the pyro. If I let it lug down to 10 psi, then she heats up quick. Simple nudge of the foot bumps the boost back up to where it should be--20-30psi. This situation could probably easily be remedied with a different plate or by sliding the #4 back a bit, or even AFC adjustment. I just run the R's up and fly up the hills. ;)

Also, on a big (high r's large boost) hard locked shift, it will fall off the turbo. Disconcerting at first, but now I know to avoid it.

Haven't hooked to the sled yet.

Overall, I picked up PLENTY of power. Running 44 psi without wastegate.

The truck is getting a 4500 next. I'll like that a lot better.

I do like the B1-2. For the first time I can't bury the pyro. It tops out at 1400-1450 when pushed really hard-empty.

Be careful with your air filter selection. It can be VERY obnoxious. I ran the filter from my scotty2 without the box on it. The dog checked out of the front seat and the women started crying. :-laf

I had to "patch" the exhaust together to get to work and the auto parts store today, so I have not gotten on it yet. However my first impression after a mild cruise is that this is the ticket to balance out my air/fuel ratio, and provide a lot of fun factor! I'll update when I get back from IRP this weekend ;)

This has been a long time coming, I have owe a considerable amount of appreciation to the TDR members that have patiently (annually?) helped me choose this model.

Love my B1-2 tow, my set up runs pretty cool :D , i really have to step on it to get the pre pyro over 12-1300. I am eyeing a set of bigger sticks, but don't know which ones to go with----either MACH 2. 5 or the NEW/IMPROVED 4's but i do tow so who knows. I'm trying to gather and make an informed decision from other members who are running the bigger injectors and tow/similar set up etc. WHO KNOWS---
