Anyone running these tires on there tow rigs. Likes? Dis-likes?

They sound pretty good, especially with the belt of Kevlar.

Never had a lot of faith in Goodyear tires, though. Sure have heard of a lot of problems, with them, over the years. Hopefully, the Silent Armor's will be good.

I'm gonna buy a set and see how they work. For the price and the factory warranty, it's hard to beat. We'll see??

I have a set of these tires although I have yet to tow my trailer with them.

In snow they really shine as they are rated for HD snow conditions. I can often drive in 2WD whereby before I had to use 4WD under similar conditions. Wear appears to be acceptable also.

As stated above I have a set of 4 and am very happy with the winter performance.

The wear appears acceptable also. The new tire was 16/32 in tread depth.

Presently I have 16,000 miles on the tires with an average tread depth of 12/32.

Hope this helps.

Buddy of mine puchesed a set for his truck. So far he's really happy with the the traction performance and wear. Tows 14k 5th wheel too. I'll be buying a set when the time comes.

I might hav eto look into them, I have been running the Yokohama's 285x75r16 and they work good for me, other than I have a problem withthen cupping on the front. Last set went for about 40,000 and when I changed 3 had busted cords. Anyways I will have to look into those.

Had a new set put on 3 weeks ago. So far ~1000 miles both city driving and some towing of my 8K travel trailer. Drives very nice, and a lot quieter than my previous Michelins. I have the 265/75/R16's. Good choice along with the warranty. Very happy driver here. Oo.

I was going to try a set of these, but decided not to after reading several reports of them really cutting into fuel mileage. I read through several pages of comments over on www.tirerack.com and the fuel mileage comment came up several times.

I've had these tires for a year now. I haven't detected any noticable difference (in mileage) between these tires and the Michelin LT's I had been running.

Now the change from LSD to ULSD is another story... :(

I've been running two of them on the fromt axel and 4 of the older version on the rear for about a year now, no complaints, they do OK in da snow, I'm getting 15 mpg wit da truck and seem to do well when hauling a 10,000# trailer, not as aggressive as I'd like for mud, but I haven't seen alot of that lately, but one does not know

No change in mileage here. Speed has a lot more to do with mileage than most people want to admit. At most my average mileage has gone down at most . 1 miles per gallon.
