Goodyear Silent Recall?

We had a '93 Hitchhiker II that we bought new in August of '92 with the Goodyear Marathon ST225/75R15LRC tires on it and had absolutely no problems with them. In fact after I wore out the first set, I replaced them with more of the same and nearly wore out that set dragging that 5th wheel all over the USA with out even a flat.

Goodyear Marathons

I had the tread peel from a 225/75R15 Marathon last fall. It did $500 damage to the camper. Goodyear did honor my claim after I showed them I knew what was going on with those tires. Of course they claimed all along they have no tire defects. When these need replacing, I am going back to bias ply tires of some other brand.
