Gooseneck Hitches?

Can you tell me what the dimension is from the top of the crosstube to the top of the lock ring on your Una-goose, and from the highest rib in the bed to the top of the lock ring? Mine is 1. 75" (installed in the '92) and I am wanting to reuse it on the new truck with a spray in liner. They sell a different cross tube for spray in applications, which is 1. 5". The people at Una-goose will sell me the new style brackets for $90, which is a lot better than rebuying the entire assembly, but my only concern is will I be able to build the spray in liner thick enough to take up the additional . 25" elevation to get back to flush. My local Line-X guy thinks it should work, but I don't know how high the ribs are in the new trucks. Thanks

I have the same one from my 2000 and just bought the new brackets. I have a line X installed too, however I can barely reuse my safety plate chain so if i was going to go it again I would sell my original hitch and by a new one. I know they are more money but I know know it would be worth it because it can be a pain in the butt. But I still wouldn't trade the hitch for anything else.
