Well I have boost, saw 18# going down the street for the house. After staying awake all night thinking about what could be wrong, when out this morning and changed out the air filter and still no boost. Was going to hook up air compressor to the boost hose to see if the gauge would work. That is when I found my screw up. I had removed the hose and had not reinstalled it. Replaced hose and started engine and, WALLA, had boost. SOME DAYS ARE JUST BETTER THAN OTHER
I want to think all you fine TDR members that gave me your time and help. THANK YOU THANK YOU
You might want to cable tie the boost hose onto the fitting. I just had mine pushed on too. I put the boost elbow on, first time it got up to 35# boost, BOOM no boost. Thought I cratered my turbo or something more serious. Turns out that the hose had just popped off. I can tell you, watching your boost drop has a definate pucker factor to it.
