Got Busted

Was picking up my son after work the other day and on the way home went past the dealer I bought my truck from. Couldn't resist the urge and goosed it while he was showing a truck to a guy. His ears went up like a german shepard and knew it was me. Well I was going through town this morning and again he's walking down the street and hears me coming and looks at me so I pulled over to chat. He says it sounds good but he doesn't think it's stock. I said I just took the muffler off. He just laughed and asked how it runs now? I said just like the day I picked it up. He laughed and we went our ways.

Congratulations Bill, You knew where I was going with this story. It wasn't a joke with a punch line. Just the fact that You don't how things are gonna come out if you ever need to use the old warranty. He was smiling to my face but who knows what he's thinking. He is a nice guy in his defense though. But the best part of all is that I have 100% faith in the old Cummins and if worst comes to worse some of the best advice around is right here and the dealers probably don't like that either. This is a great group of guys. #ad
