Got counselled by the Hwy Patrol a couple weeks ago....

The ones I've been councelled by have been driving. The fartherest they have had to walk is from their car to my door. They are very polite while pointing out the error of my ways. Then they present me with a nice little piece of paper to commemorate my being councelled.



In spite of that I would not want to do their job. It's pretty tough, especially since they don't know what sort of nut they might pull. It might not be a simple screw up like me.

MUFFLER

FIND A TRUCK BONE YARD, THAY SHOULD HAVE 4" AND 5" MUFFLERS, CHEAP. GET THE 5" AND WITH A TORCH CUT THE END OUT INSIDE THE MUFFLER. SOUNDS GOOD, NOT LOUD. A 2" HOLE WILL DO THE TRICK. NO BACK PRESSURE, AND LITTLE NOISE. TBOB

I can judge them because I have walked about 20 YEARS worth of miles in "their" shoes. And you can bet your Cummins I did and will continue to do more for YOUR safety than write tickets with chicken feathers on them and screw with a rammer who is running a straight pipe.
