Next on my list... fender flares.

I'm looking for coverage numbers from the edge of the fender.

How much coverage does the ATS flare offer?

Wuh bout the Bushwhacker X-tenda fender? (Pocket style isn't the look I'm after. )

Anyone else worth a look?

These will be painted to match.

Pictures welcome. Thanks! Oo.

Gravedigger, I've seen pics of your truck before. Nice. Very nice.

Can you tell me what kinda coverage the ATS flares provide? I cant find any numbers anywhere on em.

I just installed Bushwhackers Extend-e-flare on my 2005 Quad Cab... . I left them black since I was worried about them getting chipped as much as tin on fenders.

Tried to upload in here but gave me error even though they were JPG and less than 200kb each... . so not sure why I could not do it unless the album has to be approved first... . so put on my picture trail account.

Great lookin truck! In that color, it almost looks like that front flare is part of the fender. I like how you integrated the mud-flap too!

I need those mud flaps or I'm going to get a ticket. I did enjoy the rinse job I put on that tailgater this moring during the snowy commute. ;)

Where did you get those?

Anyone know if the MOPAR moulded mud flaps fit when using the MOPAR (Powerwagon) fender flares?

Thanks

I had the mopar flaps before my flares. I ordered my flares from my dealer in SLC which turned out to be ATS. Those were the flares I was shopping for before going to the dealer but I wanted a correct color match and I wasn't going to risk anyone but the dealer due to a few horror stories I heard. There's no way I could have gotten the mopar flaps to work with these flares without trimming them to pieces. I'm not sure if these are the same flares as used on the PW.

Bushwacker Extend-A-Fender here. They look great and no complaints. If I had to do it again, I would probably go with the Xenon flares. They are pretty much the same size and look the same, but have a better method of attachment IMO. Less chance of rubbing through the paint over the years.

Doughboy, I ordered ATS flares but I'll have to let you know who from (can't remember ... found it on the 'Net) but got treated right, I think, and they are coming from the factory since they didn't have 'em in stock. $295 for a set of four.

What I wanted to tell you is the feller I talked to advised me not to get 'em prepainted. He said shipping invariably scuffs 'em no matter what they wrap 'em in. He said two out of every five sets get returned because of scuffs marks.

Bottom line, he said he'd sell 'em either way but strongly suggested I have 'em painted locally.

Thanks for diggin this up, I'd been meaning to get back to it. :)

I'm leaning towards ATS. After calling them, I was told they offered "about 3 inches coverage. " Some sites peg em at 2. 5 inches. Can anyone tell me how much they extend from the fender? With my tire combo, I want to be sure it will cover.

Also, recommendations on purchasing paint matched units. Who gave you good service?

Thanks!

Just measured from the body... 1 3/4" front and rear. Hinckley Dogge in SLC did me right.
