Got My EZ on Today...Cool

Ordered my EZ from HVAC on monday. It arrived today. They aren't kidding when they call it the EZ, Had it hooked up and mounted in less than 3 minutes. Since I am doing the great BOMBing sin of running with no guages I did not install the boost elbow yet. My pillar came in today but it was the wrong one. I knew something was wrong, My EZ came in on time, As did my guages from DIS, So did my paint at the dealer for the pillar... the pillar came in but NO TWEETER HOLE. Anyways, I have something fun to play with now. Truck runs Awsome, very smooth power application. I give it two thumbs up! #ad

I think the 3 pod pillar looks very cheap, a $10 item. I have almost $800 in gauges and have a terrible looking pillar to put them in. I am serously thinking of sending the 3 gauge pillar back! #ad

PUT THAT ELBOW ON!!!
Running without it is actualy worse because you're getting the extra fuel but no extra boost to keep EGT's down.

Definately put the boost elbow on - not running gauges is all the more reason to install it!

Bad340fish, is that EZ awesome or what?? got mine on yesterday, i swore i was in a different truck. Without a doubt, put the elbow in, will run even better, and like they said above the higher boost will ensure cooler egt's. I haven't stopped grinning since i put mine in. biggest problem now is trying to restrain myself from ordering dd3's and 4" exhaust etc etc etc. (got to let the bank account cool down) LOL.

I guess I will install the elbow tommorow then, My Pillar comes in on tuesday. The wrong pillar they sent me is of pretty good quality. But with my luck the correct one will be a POS lol

You must have gotten your pillar mount from Genos Garage,I got the tweeter TWICE,but I need the one with out tweeter #ad

Got the Elbow in today, another 2 minute job #ad
. Doesn't seem to run much better, but I guess it is safer
