What about the Haisley inner cooler? i put one on my truck about a year ago, and i can tell you i paid less than $1000. anybody thought about them for an option?

the HMR inner cooler is a new core with modified stock tanks on the second gens. for my cooler it was 950 and for a 3rd gen its 1300. not sure on the tanks on the 3rd gens. heres a pic of the core.

Not core as in return, but core as in center section.





Thats an extruded core. Sweet. Same setup BD uses.





The PDR intercoolers are plate and fin design if i remember right. . . .
 
The BD kits used to be a decent price but have been climbing. I think they are $1600 now!



Seriously??!?!??? Frick!! WTF, do they think its made of gold or something?? :eek: How much EGT decrease can you see from a better IC anyways??
 
That a good pic of the intercooler cut away. I've been running one like that for 2 years now. The PDR unit's rock! Mine has seen big boost and big pressure doing a shop test with zero leakage.
