Just got the Delphi XM Radio with the car kit and the FM Modulator. This thing is AWSOME! Over 100 channels and crystal clear. I am hearing things that are not brodcast anywhere.

The modulator takes the signal from the Radio (xm) an directs it to the wire for the regular radio and you set your tuner to 87. 9 and BOOM! Satellite radio.

Disco,

old time radio,

Alt Rock,

Reggae,

Movie soundtracks,

Broadway musical scores,

Trucking Network,

Nasccar,

fox sports

I bought it at a truck stop and used some Fuel Mile points to buy it.

Receiver, $129

Car Kit $70

FM Modulator $50

I used $80 in Points to buy it

I paid $170 total

Eric. .

I have had mine since they came out and agree they are a drivers best friend. no more searching for those freakin stations in the desert you can not hold more than a hour or so. Drop it into the holder at the beginning of the run,set the station to my favorite rock setting and ride man. Opps,I guess I do change it at least once a day to listen to the BRN(Bubba Radio Network) from 6am to 10am eastern time. I have both setups now, drop in cradle & modualtor, and like them both. I only wish it would have come out alot sooner, truckin would have been alot less painfull. . LOL..... Andy

P. S. -IMO it is the Best $10 a month a driver can spend.

I put some hay bales in the back of the truck, put on my bib overalls, chew on a piece of straw with my dirty cummins hat on sideways and turn to channel 14 BLUEGRASS.

It really rules!
