Got new fuel pump ?

Ok got may new fuel pump. My question is what is the harnis for. The ends on it are male and female and can plug together. So what is this thing doing. Have not looked at my old pump yet.

You shouldn't need the harness,it's for the 98-99 trucks.

the part number is 3990082

P/N: 3990082 is the kit. That is why you received the harness.



Should be the P/N: 3990105 pump. Just checking. Thanks
