Attention: TDR Forum Junkies Well after the fuel filter change ordeal and no fuel coming from the lift pump... . getting towed to the dealership by a freind... . and $454. 87 later... my truck is all better.
Just FYI the pump number #5080885AA was $246
Labor was $175.
Yep, I could have done it myself, but time was a factor.
For everybody else: GET A FUEL PRESSURE GAUGE
I had zero pressure from my old lift pump... once I broke the seal when changing the fuel filter I was all done. Thank goodness I wanted to change the filter after 11K miles otherwise I may have been purchasing a new Injection Pump
I guess now would be a good time for a FP gauge myself
