i just got new tires. they are nitto terra grablers, load range E has anybody used this kind of tire?. they look great on my truck, i am just wondering how good they are. before these tires i was using bf goodrick all terrain load range d they were very good tires considering they were load range d,

My son changed his BFG's for these and so far he says they are a much better tire... .

I had a set and didn't get very good mileage out of them, maybe 25,000 miles. I don't think the compound holds up well in the heat of South Florida. I got over 40K on the original bfg rugged trails and over 30K on bfg mud terrain km2's as a comparison.

Seems most ANY high-traction tire will get poor down the road mileage lifespan - and the NOISIER the tire, the SHORTER the tire life - that noise, is the rubber being worn away...

I have a set on my truck, very soft tire only have about 20K on the and I am currently looking for new tires. These are worn OUT. . will never buy again cant afford new tires every year.

I have original BFG Rugged Trail TA on my 04. 5 4x4 with 63,000 miles and about 1/4 inch of tread left. Side walls are starting to flake from curb scrapes. Tempted to get the same thing. Sam's has them for $175 for E range. Have towed 5th wheel about 30,000 of those miles.

What size tire are we talking about here? the Nittos's. What truck? 25, or 3500? SRW? DRW?.



I want these tires for my dually but their web site says that the tires have different sides. If there on a DRW truck with different sidewalls they wont match (rear reverse offset). #@$%!

I had a set of these very nice tires but i only got 18,000 miles out of them so i wont buy them again un less you drive like a grandma you might get more out of them

BFG could show Nitto how to make a long wearing tire and Nitto/Toyo could show BFG how to make a strong tire that balances easily. Merge?
