Looking for 3 point Agricultural Sprayer

it was my son's. he moved somewhere you really can't have that sort of thing..
Son tried to sell it, I finally gave him what he wanted for it just so he could move on...

Just left Comifornia for the great State of Nevada. Battle Born !!!!!!!
While I was a resident, Comifornia turned me into a felon with just the stroke of a pen, when they outlawed my AR. There’s no way I’d turn it in, they’d have to pry it out of my cold dead fingers. Your first amendment isn’t just for hunting or target practice, it’s to defend against tyranny

funny but the states with the toughest firearms laws also have the lowest firearms death rates. I think my son will be OK as he still has his autoloading shotgun and his SKS

That map is highly suspect. Gun deaths implies what? Hunting accidents? When more people own guns in a given area there are bound to be more accidents. I grew up in rural Wyoming. You can't convince me it is a more dangerous state to live in than California or New York.

You can not be convinced on just about any topic.

It's just not that simple. Think it's any coincidence that Alaska, Montana, and Wyoming are at the top of the list, perhaps it has to do with isolation, weather, lack of employment. All of which far too often leads to alcoholism, drug addiction, and depression. Alaskan natives have triple the suicide rate over the rest of the country. Much can be said for certain parts of the south. Mental health should be the concern here NOT an inanimate piece of equipment.
I stand by my original statement. You won't convince me or likely anyone else that has lived there that Wyoming is a dangerous place to live.

We had to laugh when we arrived in Indiana, the news was ALL OVER the fact that in Indy the Hommicide rate was climbing close to a NEW RECORD!!! at the end of the year the total for last year was 150 +- (I can't recall the exact count) Guys at work were talking about it one day around the coffee pot. When I laughed they asked if I thought it was funny? when we lived in San Bernardino county CA, 150 would be about a monthly rate & thats JUST ONE COUNTY not including Riverside,Orange Add LA county to the Mix it would be WAY MORE THAN 150. NO PLACE in Indy do I feel threatened in compairson to the above mentioned commiefonia counties.

Chicago was the first to come to my mind about stricter gun laws lead to fewer deaths. I believe Chicago leads the nation in homicides, with strictest gun laws besides Washington DC

Remember folks, in some states like California it may be Illegal to sell an AR-15 (AKA “Assault Rifle” or “Evil Murder Stick”) to a family member. Today’s legal transaction, may be a felony tomorrow, so always make sure to be up to date on your state and local laws.

If you live in a place with such laws and have a collection of firearms, it is wise to plan for how they will be handled after your death. The law, the authorities, and unscrupulous “friends” and gun dealers can end up really working over your survivors so that they end up with pennies on the dollar for your firearms.

  1. Can I sell or transfer my assault weapon or .50 BMG rifle to a family member?

No. Neither assault weapons nor .50 BMG rifles can be sold or transferred to a family member. Registered assault weapons or Registered .50 BMG rifles can be sold to certain California Peace Officers with written approval from the head of their law enforcement agency. See Penal Code sections 30625 and 30630 for more information. These transfers would have to occur at a licensed gun dealer that has a Dangerous Weapons Permit. An average gun store cannot accept and transfer these types of weapons (Pen. Code, § 30910).

Mike Just about all states have weird laws about guns being passed to family members upon death, sadly it the times we live in.

Here, watch this.

100% of the people polled in a recent survey conclude surveys like the above about "gun laws vs. gun deaths" are designed to serve an agenda.*
