I have had a 93 ext cab D250 for about a year and a half, it has a few fence post indents on it but the paint looks great on the sides and hood and roof, just bought a 92 standard cab at a Southern company auction and it has the usual "peeling white paint from the primer", that I have seen on so many Chevy's, but the hood and roof look like someone scrubbed all the paint off with roll of barb wire, bought truck to work on farm and to pull trailers, so dont need no "good" paint job, but I need some ideas about what to do to the rustiest parts, thought I had heard of a paint or jell or something that would take minimal sanding to at least stop or slow down the rust,,,,,you know, like something magic advertised off the weather channel for somebody lazy like me. .
